About this list

This list identifies the third-party providers that Hatch Analytics, LLC (“Hatch Analytics”) currently uses to Process Customer Personal Data in connection with the HatchAnalytics Service. It forms part of the Data Processing Addendum for the HatchAnalytics Service by reference. For transparency, the list also identifies certain providers that may act as independent controllers for limited activities, such as fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or payment-network functions.

The applicable provider legal entity and processing locations may vary based on Hatch Analytics’ account contracts, configured hosting region, and the provider’s own data-processing arrangements. Hatch Analytics requires Subprocessors to maintain contractual protections appropriate to the services they perform.

Changes to the list

Hatch Analytics will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before adding or replacing a Subprocessor that will materially Process Customer Personal Data. Notice may be provided by email, in-app notification, or another reasonable method. Questions or objections regarding a proposed subprocessor may be submitted to privacy@hatcherygroup.com.

Removing a provider that no longer Processes Customer Personal Data, correcting non-material information, or updating a provider's legal entity name without changing the service generally does not require advance notice, although this page will be updated.
